JPF (M) series air box pulse bag type explosion-proof dust collector is a new bag type dust collector developed by our company based on the technology of Fuller Company of the United States and absorbing the similar advantages of German similar products. It combines the advantages of the chamber backflushing and the spray pulse bag type dust collector, overcomes the lack of cleaning kinetic energy of the chamber backflushing, the defects of the cleaning pulse and the filtering at the same time, and expands the application of the bag type dust removing device. range. The JSD (FB) series air box pulse bag type explosion-proof dust collector adopts a professionally designed explosion-proof device, which provides safety for the dust collector application under explosive conditions such as pulverized coal preparation. JPF (M) series air box pulse bag type explosion-proof dust collector is mainly used in coal dust collectors in cement, mining, chemical and other industries, and can also be used as dust removal equipment for other dust removal media.

Features

1. Adapt to high concentration dust removal. The maximum concentration of the inlet can reach 1000/Nm. There is no need to set up a first-stage dust removal device such as a cyclone, which can be directly used as the ultimate dust removal equipment.

2. The sub-chamber anti-blowing pulse cleaning is carried out by using the off-line offline cleaning technology, which avoids the phenomenon of "re-adsorption" of the secondary fly-flying of the on-line cleaning, and does not affect the normal continuous operation of the equipment operating conditions, and improves the clearing. The ash effect extends the life of the filter bag.

3. The "filter bag self-locking sealing device" is adopted to improve the sealing between the equipment and the filter bag and improve the dust removal efficiency.

4. The equipment adopts the air box structure, which reduces the local resistance of the equipment and eliminates the inconvenience of checking and replacing the filter bag.
